The ultimate aim and goal of the TMC vocal session is to provide students a fundamental skill of vocalizing and interpreting the mariachi music genre in a solo and choral performance.

It is also important for The Mariachi Conservatory to teach its students correct solfegie which consists of reading music as well as sight reading, and developing the music skills to view both melody and lyrics.   Since reading music is a requirement for all student in the conservatory it is prudent that all vocal students begin to develop that correct skill of performance in the choral ensemble as well as the mariachi ensemble.

TMC Ensemble Class

The Ensemble class provides a great opportunity for advanced mariachi students to collaborate in an ensemble setting developing their technical development, ensemble etiquette skills, and are the ambassadors of The Mariachi Conservatory at various performance events.
